Martin Luther King Jr. Day is the third Monday of January each year in the United States.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was born January 15, 1929 and grew to become, arguably, one of the most influential African American men of all time.

It has been over 50 years since Martin Luther King Jr.’s tragic murder in 1968 at the young age of 39.

Yet his messages are still just as relevant today.
